Emjac is hiring for the following positions:

​CNC Machine Operator and Setup  Full Time. We are looking for someone who can operate and program CNC lathes. 

·         Keep work area and machines clean.
·         Be able to operate multiple machines
·         Understand the relationship of his job to the quality of the product.
·         Communicate to the Plant Manager any machine problem, or production problem that may affect the desired output of production.
·         Comprehend and be skilled in the use of the required measuring and test equipment (micrometers, calipers, thread gauges)
·         Understand procedures, instructions and forms utilized in the area.
·         Be able to use prints/drawings in order to obtain the required information;
·         Be able to setup the equipment, reset, restart, restock, sharpen tools, operate the equipment, and write/adjust programs.
·         Understand and follow safety regulations
